Title: Exceptional Family Stay
My children wanted to have tea and coffee making facilities either in the dining room or our own room. It would have been a convenient addition for families like us.

A Cozy Family-Owned Boutique B&B with Great Breakfast and Dinner Options
Stayed at a cozy family-owned B&B during our city trip. Enjoyed engaging with the friendly owners who provided insightful history of the area. The room was spacious with access to a lovely garden. The breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries, juice, fruit and delicious espresso. They also cook dinner with fresh, homemade, and thoughtfully prepared local food. A real opportunity to experience Sicilian culture with locals. The location was convenient, close to Erice and Trapani.
The air conditioning didn't work on our first night which was uncomfortable due to the heat. It was fixed the following day. The pricing for the dinner was a bit confusing as it wasn't clear whether it was included or not. We were informed of a fee for it only on checkout. It would be better to be transparent about the pricing beforehand.

we found the location to be quite isolated, with no restaurants or bars around, making it difficult to find places to eat at night. Nevertheless, the breakfast provided was good, and the room had a refrigerator and a stunning view of the sea. the family running the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and prepared to cook meals on request.
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the dining room or the room itself was disappointing.

The villa was very peaceful and had beautiful gardens where we could sit outside. Breakfast was always delicious and fresh, we especially enjoyed the bread and fruits. The villa was located close to the beaches and other attractions, which was very convenient for our daily excursions.
We had some trouble with the air conditioning on the first night, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot weather. There were no tea or coffee making facilities available, which was a bit inconvenient for us in the mornings.
